Thomas Jennings Cook (Buffalo)'s Obituary
In loving memory of Thomas Jennings Cook, born May 9, 1990 to Sarah Thomas and Edward Cook (deceased). Thomas was many things in life: son, brother, friend, and passionate musician just to name a few roles he held dear.
He is survived by his mother Sarah Thomas, brother Vincent Cook, and his wonderful dog Simon. Thomas came into the world seven weeks too early, and departed from us a lifetime too early, but we are forever grateful for the time we had with him.
An open casket visitation will be held on October 17, 2020 at Canton-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The funeral will be held in our family cemetery in Richland Parish, Louisiana Saturday, October 24, 2020. Please contact us for info if you wish to attend. There is also a benefit concert/memorial show on October 16th in Springfield, Missouri at the Odyssey Lounge starting at 7:00 p.m. Thomas’ band Face the Wheel will be preforming in his honor as well as his brother Vincent’ band SEED.
We thank everyone for their support over the years while Thomas battled cancer. He was a valiant fighter.
