Thomas Wilson (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Thomas Adam Wilson, age 34, of Morrisville, Missouri passed away, Friday, August 3, 2012 in Morrisville, Missouri.
He was born September 8, 1977 in Springfield, Missouri, the son of, Lawrence Alymer Wilson and Robbin Nadine (Altic).
Thomas worked in the roofing industry and he was also certified in welding, and also auto body painting. He was an exceptional welder and was selected by Paul Mueller traveling abroad with his welding skills. He was a 1996 graduate of Willard High School in Willard, Missouri and Graff Vo-Tech in Springfield, Missouri. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He also liked to play baseball.
He was preceded in death by his first wife; Nancy Jennings in 2000, his son; Hayden Wilson in 2000, and his brother; Justin Dilday in 2009.
Thomas is survived by his parents; James and Robbin Dilday of Morrisville, Missouri, and Lawrence and Melody Wilson of Walnut Grove, Missouri, his son; Ashton Thomas Wilson of Springfield, Missouri, two brothers; Brandon Wilson and Jacob Wilson both of Walnut Grove, Missouri, a sister; Micah B. Dilday of Springfield, Missouri, a niece; Jaylyn Williams of Springfield, Missouri, his grandparents Pat Dilday of Morrisville, Missouri, and Lillie Howard of Ash Grove, Missouri, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Visitation will be held from 5-7pm, Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, Missouri. A video tribute of Thomas life will be shown during the visitation time.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, Missouri with Pastor Jim White officiating. Musical selections will be “I’ll Fly Away” and “Amazing Grace, My Chains are Gone”. Burial will follow at Slagle Cemetery south of Bolivar. Pallbearers will be Jonathon Mangan, Sean Wilson, Andy Altic, John Altic, Andrew Wilson, and Bob Altic. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brandon Wilson and Jacob Wilson.
