Tiffany Dawn Smith (Seymour)'s Obituary
Tiffany Dawn Smith, daughter of Karla Hughes and Dean Smith was born September 29, 1982, in Springfield, Missouri. On November 14, 2011, she departed this world at the age of twenty-nine years, one month, and sixteen days.
From the very start, Tiffany was far from the usual little girl. She was a tom-boy at heart, putting frogs in her pockets to the surprise of her dad, yet could shop till she dropped with her Mom and friends. Tiffany grew up in the Seymour area attending Seymour High School graduating in 2001. It was there that her friendship began with Robin Sedlacek. Together they welcomed Taylor, in 2004, and Hailey, in 2007 to complete their family.
Hunting arrowheads, traveling down the back roads of the Ozarks, Tiffany enjoyed the pleasure of being outdoors. She enjoyed cuddling with her family to watch movies or just listening to music. Being a mom was first and foremost to Tiffany, her children were the center of her heart, and she loved them well. Tiffany was a true friend that would stand by you, help before needing to be asked, and always ready to bring a smile.
Tiffany was preceded in death by her grandfathers Paul Smith and Wendell Fann; her great-grandmother Esther Rorrer; and father-in-law Bruce Sedlacek.
She leaves behind to grieve her two precious children Taylor and Hailey Sedlacek, and her fiancé Robin Sedlacek of the home; her mother Karla Hughes, of Seymour, Missouri; her father dean Smith and wife Patty, of Seymour, Missouri; a brother Jared Paul Smith and wife Brandi of Springfield, Missouri; a sister Natalie Kinyatti of Republic, Missouri; a step-brother Hershel Thompson and a step-sister Heather Benson both of Seymour, Missouri; maternal grandmother Donna Fann; paternal grandmother Ione Smith; brother-in-law Andy Slatton; and mother-in-law Debbie Sedlacek, all of Seymour, Missouri; her best friend Shane Dickson, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Tiffany Dawn Smith was a devoted and loving mother, fiancé, daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend. We celebrate the woman she became, and we cherish the wonderful memories she created for her family and friends, these moments that will last forever.
