Timothy Paul Wright (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Timothy Paul Wright, 59, passed away on Sunday November 5, 2023, in his home in Bolivar, Mo.
Timothy was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on December 29, 1963, to Linda Claire Wright and Vincent Michael Edwards.
Tim lived at the Stockley Center in Georgetown, Delaware from an infant until he was 4 years old. Here at Stockley is where he met his first God given sibling, Lyden Adkins who taught him how to walk and moved with him into Francis and Kenneth Cummens home where he resided as a cherished foster child and deeply loved brother of Dawn, Sylvia and Kenneth until he was 23 years old. For the next 16 years Tim lived with an unnamed caring foster family in Delaware until the mom was unable to continue with him due to illness.
At the age of 39 Tim moved in with Barry and Nancy Farr family of Delmar, Delaware. Tim became a beloved brother of Darrell, Elisha, Joshua, Deborah, Micah, Ethan, Joel, Jordan, Rebekah, Seth and Noah. He enjoyed all the love, attention and care of each added daughter-in-law, son-in-law and nieces and nephews.
In 2005 Tim moved with the Farr family to Bolivar, Missouri. Tim received a certificate from John S. Charlton School in 1985. He worked at the Bolivar Workshop and received the June 2007 employee of the month. Tim attended Arrowhead Day Care and Burrell Day Program where he made many good friends.
Timothy belonged to Living Stones Baptist Fellowship and enjoyed worship and prayer. His church family shared life with Tim in deep and loving ways.
Timothy will be remembered for his ornery personality and his exuberant hugs. Timmy loved magazines and his radio. He never missed a dance if he could help it. He was particularly fond of Christmas, Halloween and the 4th of July.
Timothy Paul Wright was a gift and a great joy to all who knew him, and we are all better because we did.
