Tiphany Nicole Metz (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Tiphany Nicole Metz, daughter of Charles and Julie (Stowe) Metz was born on January 18, 1994, in Brick Township, New Jersey and departed this life on Monday, June 27, 2022, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was at the time of her passing 28 years, five months, and nine days of age.
Tiphany was raised in Tunas, Missouri and spent her entire education in the Skyline School District. She graduated from Skyline High School in 2013. While in school she was involved with the Special Olympics. She also met her fiancé, Michael Scaman, at the age of 17 and they have been inseparable for the last 11 years.
Tiphany will be remembered for her beautiful red hair and her love of cats; but what she will be remembered most for was her big heart. She had such a giving and caring personality. She loved people and would not refuse any opportunity to help someone.
Tiphany is survived by her parents, Charles and Julie Metz; fiancé, Michael Scaman; a brother, Andrew Metz; two sisters, Amanda Clements and fiancé Mark Alexander, and Emily Metz; paternal grandparents, Charles and Arlene Metz; maternal grandparents, Catherine Stowe, Willis Stowe and wife Dorothy; many other family and friends; and her cats who she saw as her children. She is loved and will be missed dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo, Missouri with Bro. Caleb McClure officiating. Visitation will take place before the service from 2:00–4:00 p.m.
