Toni Leann Jones (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Toni LeAnn Jones, daughter of John and LaDonna Hollingsworth Yaeger, was born May 5, 1959, in Peoria, Illinois. She departed this life Monday, November 25, 2019, in her home, near Phillipsburg, Missouri, at the age of sixty years, six months, and twenty-one days.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Lonnie Jones; and a sister, Laurie.
Toni is survived by two daughters, Cindy Jones, and her significant other, Scott Keen, and Selina Jones, and her fiancé, Ivan Keen, all of Lebanon, Missouri; six grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; her fiancé, Ray Boyd, III, of Phillipsburg, Missouri; the father of her children, Charles Jones, of Lebanon, Missouri; a brother, Kenny Yaeger, and his wife Patty, of Houston, Missouri; a sister, Chris Jones, and her husband, Andy, of the State North Carolina; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was raised in Illinois and Colorado, and then lived most of her life in Missouri. She had lived in the Winnipeg and Nebo areas before moving to Lebanon. She had been employed by Marathon Electric for fourteen years, Leggitt and Platt for fourteen years, and then was employed by Copeland Corporation, now Emerson Electric, for the last five years. She was also a devoted homemaker to her family throughout the years.
Toni had made her profession of faith in Christ and attended Union Mission Church in Lebanon.
In her spare time she enjoyed doing ceramics and crafts, crocheting, gardening and baking. She possessed a happy disposition and dearly loved her family. She especially enjoyed having time with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Toni was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, fiancée, and was a good friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will cherish the wonderful memories she created for them during her lifetime.
Funeral services for Toni Jones will be Tuesday, Dec. 3, at 11:00 a.m. at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. A visitation will be held Monday evening, Dec. 2, from 6 - 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery near Roby.
A memorial has been established to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
