Trena Williams (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Trena Louise Williams, daughter of Ronald and Treva Peters McNeeley, was born January 24, 1957, in Horton, Kansas. She departed this life Tuesday, January 24, 2012, in her daughter’s home, near Conway, Missouri, at the age of fifty-five years.
On April 2, 1983, she was united in marriage Kenneth Howard Williams, and they shared the last twenty-eight years.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Trena is survived by her husband, Howard, of the home; six daughters, Oleta Anderson, and her husband, Junior, of Conway, Missouri. Sherry Stover, and her husband, Ron, Tammy Benedict, and her husband, Donnie, all of Lebanon, Missouri, Angie McCain, and her husband, Steve, Brenda Maynard, and her husband, Avery, and Charlotte Sergent, all of Phillipsburg, Missouri; two sons, Derome McCloud, and his wife, Missy, of Grovespring, Missouri, and Reno McElroy, and his wife, Tonya, of the State of Pennsylvania; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her parents, Ronald and Treva McNeeley, of Grovespring, Missouri; three brothers, Floyd McNeeley, and his wife, Mary, David McNeeley, all of Grovespring, Missouri, and Lonnie McNeeley, and his wife, Angie, of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister, Barbara Mahnkin, and her husband, Mike, of the State of Florida; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was born and raised in Kansas, and then moved with her family to Lebanon, Missouri. For most of her adult years, she had made her home in the Grovespring area, where she and Howard had lovingly finished raising their family. In addition to being a devoted homemaker to her husband and family, Trena had worked at Lowe Boats in Lebanon for a number of years.
Trena had made her profession of belief in Christ and followed the Baptist faith throughout the years.
In her spare time she enjoyed being outdoors where her favorite activities were fishing, camping, and hunting. She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a friend to everyone and was always willing to help others.
Trena was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will cherish the wonderful memories she created for them throughout the years.
