Trilby Looney (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Trilby Looney, daughter of John Kellis and Lora Lee Moore Bell, was born, September 17, 1931 in Camdenton, Missouri. She departed this life, Monday, January 26, 2015, in Windsor Estates Care Center, Camdenton, Missouri at the age of eighty-three years, four months and nine days.
She was united in marriage to Henry Cumper and to this union three sons were born. After his passing, she married Glenn Looney and he also preceded her in death.She was also preceded in death by her sons, John Henry Cumper, Donald Lee Cumper and Ronald Gene Cumper; a grandson, John Cumper; her parents and four siblings.
Survivors include her sister, Theda Hunter of Oak Grove, Missouri; three grandchildren, Jason Cumper of Camdenton, Missouri, Doreen Brakefield of Roach, Missouri and Angie Fisher of Camdenton, Missouri; six great-grandchildren and other relatives and many friends.
Trilby was a life-long resident of Camdenton other than eighteen years spent in California. She was proud to me a mother and a homemaker.
Trilby made a profession of faith and was a member of the Pentecostal Church. She was a loving grandmother, sister and aunt and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to a scholarship fund for children and left at the funeral home.
