Doug I'm so sorry for your loss. Oscar was a very nice man I could sit and listen to him play for days Love ya bunches
Mr. Sherrer hired my Dad, Eugene Stamps, at Detroit Tool. He didn't care that my Dad was a Black man. He only saw a Vet. God bless him and keep him.
Oscar had the most giving heart. Oscar and Ethel have helped me in so many ways. I will always be grateful for their help.
I tell everyone I know, they were the only neighbors I had and I thank God for them.
Our Thoughts and Prayers are with you Ethel and Loretta and family . Oscar will be missed. He and Ethel were great neighbors. He can play his music again! God Bless! Richard and Sharon Estes
I worked for Oscar throughout the 70's at Detroit Tool. He was a good man and taught me a lot about tank welding. He also took every oportunity to witness to me about Jesus, which had a big impact on me later in my life. He was a good Christian man, and I am honored to have known him.
