Velma Swindler, 92, Columbia, MO formally of Humansville, MO, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the Boone County Hospital in Columbia, MO.
Velma was a very christian woman who loved her family and friends. She had worked for K-Mart for over 25 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents Curtis and Mary Leonard; husband, Wilce Alford Swindler, and two children, Linda Marilyn Carpenter and Wilce Allen Swindler; two great-grandchildren, Wesley Swindler and Sydney Thorp. She is survived by her 10 grandchildren, Darrell and Gina Smith, Twyla Smith and David Berry, Pam and David Hodges, Mariyln Calvin, Darla Swindler, Wayne Swindler and Kari Burley; 19 great-grand-children and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
