Verle W. Pat Carter, 83, of Lebanon, passed away Monday morning, June 10, 2013 at Mercy Hospital Lebanon. He was predeceased by his loving wife Charlotte. Verle is survived by his four children, Larry Carter, Gary Carter and his Read Obituary
I knew pat carter my entire life and I didn't realize the depths of his selfishness until my mom, his fifth wife, died. On the day she died he proclaimed he was single again, not widowed for the first time. He went through all of her retirement and then was horribly mad that she didn't change her Will. He was a horribly man with selfish motives and I hope he died alone.
