Leslie "Vern" Carroll, 68 of Pleasant Hope, Missouri, passed away on June 12, 2019, at Mercy Hospital, in Springfield, Missouri.
Visitation for Vern will be Monday, June 17, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home.
Services will be Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. with burial to follow at Slagle Cemetery.
