Vernon Lee Daniels (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Vernon Lee Daniels of Lebanon, Missouri was born May 5, 1943 to Corbett Brown and Ivey Gideon. He passed from this life on Monday, October 2, 2023 in his home. At the time of his passing, he was eighty years, four months and twenty-eight days.
Vernon spent most of his life in the Lebanon area. He was employed at Tracker Marine, and then left for a time to work in the shrimp industry. He then returned and was at The Durham Company for several years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and a brother.
Vernon is survived by his daughters, Sonia Daniels and Lennette Tarpley, both of Lebanon, Missouri; two granddaughters, Rosemarie Russell and Acacia Millsaps, both of Lebanon, Missouri; two grandsons, Jamie Daniels and Isiah Daniels; three great-grandchildren, Cyruz, Hazel and Xander Hernandez; a sister, Judy Campanello of Ridgewood, New Jersey; and other relatives and friends.
Vernon enjoyed fishing, raising chickens, and just being outdoors. He also liked to read Westerns and the Bible. He attended Sunday services throughout the years. He loved spending time with his family, telling stories and getting together for special occasions.
He was a quiet man and a hardworking man. He will be so very missed by those who knew and loved him.
