Vicky Jo Myers (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Vicky Jo Myers, daughter of George W. and Alfreda Decker Hildebrand, was born December 7, 1963, in Wallace Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri. She departed this life Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in her home, near Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-eight years, eleven months, and one day.
In 1985, she was united in marriage to Clayton Luther Myers, and to this union two sons were born.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Vicky is survived by two sons, Eric Myers, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Daniel Myers, and his wife, Nichole, of Burlington, Kansas; five grandchildren, Cody Myers, Samantha Cook, John Cook, Damon Cook, and Abel Myers; one great-grandchild, Rhett Nolan; a brother, Randy Hildebrand, and his wife, Cathi, of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister, Becky Perry, and her husband, Bobby, of Lebanon, Missouri; five nieces and nephews, Matt, Samantha, Angel, Chris, and Aaron; her friend, Clayton Myers, of Lebanon, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was born and raised in Lebanon and graduated from Lebanon High School. She was a devoted homemaker to her husband and family, and also worked for the H. D. Lee Company and Copeland Industries, which is now Emerson Electric.
She was active in the Girls Scouts in her younger years. She was very proud of her sons.
She enjoyed gardening, growing beautiful flowers, and mowing her yard. She also liked floating. She was fond of her ducks and chickens. She loved her family dearly and especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchild.
Vicky was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and was a caring friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will miss her greatly and will hold tight to the wonderful memories she made with them during her lifetime.
A memorial has been established and contributions may be made through the Funeral Home.
