Vic was our neighbor for many years. He never wasted a minute to help out when he thought he could be of help.. When my sister was putting a roof on dads and her house he grabbed his tools and up the ladder he came.. He was just that kind of neighbor.. God Bless you Vic.. We will miss you.. He has left us with great memories.. Thank you..
