Vina "Vi" Lynch (Seymour)'s Obituary
Vina “Vi” Elizabeth Lynch, daughter of Millard Filmore and Alta Mae Fausett Little, was born November 8, 1931, in Lead Hill, Arkansas, and departed this life on December 30, 2015, in Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of eighty-four years, one month, and twenty-two days.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; Forrest; son, Larry Lynch; sister, Louise, brother, Arville and step-son, David Lynch. Vi is survived by a brother, Kenneth Little and wife, Janet of Hollister, Missouri; sister, Anna Simkins and husband, Delbert of Kansas City, Kansas; aunt, Edith Coiner of Springfield, Missouri; step-daughter, Shirley Tennison and husband, Dale; step-granddaughter, Kim; step-daughter-in-law, Patricia Lynch; step-grandson, Stetson; step-granddaughter, Kristin; special friends, Jackie & Larry Hume; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was born in Arkansas and was raised in the Branson/Kirbyville area. She lived most of her life in Seymour. She and Forrest were owners and operators of Lynch’s Restaurants and Motels in Seymour and Gainesville. Vi was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and a friend to many. We celebrate her life and will cherish the many good times we had with her.
