Vincent "Scott" Ramsey (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Scott Ramsey, 66 of Bolivar, MO, passed away Monday, February 25, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO. Scott was born on November 3, 1952 in Bethesda, MD to Kenneth Edward and Margaret Sue Bailey Ramsey. He graduated from Grossmont High School in La Mesa, CA. Scott served in the Untied States Air Force and later became a Airline Pilot for America West Airlines. He was a talented musician with a gift to learn any instrument quickly. Scott adored his family especially his two grandchildren Gabe and Annie Ramsey. Survivors include his two sons, Jessie Ramsey and his wife Mallory of Olathe, KS, Seth Ramsey of Tallahasse, FL.; parents, Ken and Margaret Ramsey of Bolivar, MO.; sister Jeanie Coleman and her husband Donald of Bolivar, MO.; Grandchildren Gabe and Annie Ramsey, along with numerous other family members. A memorial service will be held at 4:30 PM Friday, March 1, 2019 at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, MO.
