Wade Bolen (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Wade Jerone Bolen was born on April 30, 1962 to Berry and Betty Bolen in Exeter, CA. He passed away in his home on Sunday evening, with his loving wife and son at his side.
The youngest of four active children, Wade was always a happy, curious and loving child. He was definitely his mother's baby boy. He attended school at Lincoln Elementary in Exeter until he was 8 years old when the family moved to a 40 acre farm near Fair Play, MO. He then attended Stockton Schools. He loved spending time outdoors with his brothers and quickly became an avid outdoors man and fisherman. He especially enjoyed hunting deer, turkey and mushrooms.
When he was 20 years old he met the love of his life and future wife, Tammy Lynette Pate at Stockton Lake. They married two years later in 1984.
In 1992, they became the proud parents of twins--Brittani and Brandon.
Wade worked construction for 30 years in the Bolivar and Springfield area.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy; his son Brandon; his daughter and her husband Brittani & Caleb Haynes and his granddaughter Caitlin Bell Haynes who was his pride and joy. He is also survived by his parents, Berry & Betty Bolen; his mother in law Darlene Truitt; his brother Rodney Bolen & wife Susie; his bother Travis Bolen & wife Kathy; his sister Kathie Thompson and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
His fun, joyful presence and the sound of his laughter will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
