Wanda June Scott (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mrs. Wanda June (Haney) Scott, age 71, of Bolivar, Missouri departed this life on Thursday morning, March 22, 2012 at Buffalo Prairie Care Center in Buffalo, Missouri.
Wanda was born on October 15, 1940 in Halfway, Missouri the daughter of Jim Ankrom and Beulah (Lambeth) Ankrom.
On November 1, 1960 Wanda was united in marriage to James Lyndall Haney in Buffalo, Missouri. To this union was born two daughters, Melissa and Linda.
Wanda was a self-employed house cleaner for 23 years. She was well known for her meticulous ways and thorough work. Wanda never was one to like riding in a car, she enjoyed walking where she had to go. She was a most beloved mother, grandmother, and best friend. Wanda was of the Missionary Baptist faith and was a faithful prayer warrior to her Lord and Savior.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents; Jim and Beulah Ankrom, her husband James Haney, and her brothers; Thurman Ankrom and Buddy Ankrom.
She is survived be her daughters; Melissa Haney of Bolivar, Missouri, and Linda Adamson of Springfield, Missouri, her sisters; Louise Wolff of Kansas City, Missouri, Mildred Bybee of Bolivar, Missouri, Vida Austin of Bolivar, Missouri, Mary Blair of Buffalo, Missouri, grandchildren; Miranda Keith of Bolivar, Missouri, Jamie Condren of Springfield, Missouri, Olivia Buer, of Bolivar, Missouri, Lacey Buer of Bolivar, Missouri, Jacob Adamson of Springfield, Missouri, and one great-grandchild; Gemma Leigh June Kelley of Springfield, Missouri.
