Wanda Lee Pasley (Mansfield)'s Obituary
Wanda Lee Pasley, daughter of Charley Otis Pasley and Bessie Pauline Owens Pasley was born January 15, 1949 at Norwood, Missouri and departed this life Monday, June 21, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri at the age of seventy-two years, five months, and six days.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Wanda is survived by two daughters, Cristal Philpott and husband, Keith, of Yellville, Arkansas and Becky Eckles and husband, Rick, of Mansfield, Missouri; three granddaughters, Christina and Amanda Philpott, and Monica Eckles, other relatives and friends.
She made a profession of faith in Christ at an early age and was a member of the Mansfield First Assembly of God Church.
In her spare time, she enjoyed puzzles, watching TV, playing on her tablet, and loved being a mom and grandma.
Wanda lived her whole life with a disability, but everyone who knew her couldn’t help but love her. She was quiet, not quick to anger, could have an opinion, and loved the Lord. Her life had its ups and downs, but she always had her faith and never complained, always asking about her friends and how they were doing.
We are saddened about Wanda’s passing, but she is very happy being in a place that she has longed for, in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Funeral services will be Thursday, June 24 at 11 a.m. in Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Mansfield. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
