Wanda Rhodes (Mansfield)'s Obituary
Wanda E. Rhodes, daughter of John and Marie Friez Murphy, was born August 30, 1932 in Wirth, Arkansas and departed this life on October 13, 2012 in Rocky Ridge Manor in Mansfield, Missouri at the age of eighty years, one month and fourteen days.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert Murphy.
Wanda is survived by three sons, Dave Rhodes of Mansfield, Missouri, Mark Rhodes and his companion, Glenda Tate of Ava, Missouri and Jack Rhodes and his wife, Elaine of Mansfield, Missouri; two daughters, Becky Robinson and her husband Mike of Hardy, Arkansas and Patrice Jones and her husband Bill of Mansfield, Missouri; eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren with number twenty-three expected in March 2013; a sister, Barbara Waldron of Frankfort, Indiana as well as other relatives and friends.
She worked for Brown Shoe Company for many years and later for Missouri Health Care before retiring.
Wanda was devoted to her family, extended family and friends. She was loved dearly by all of her family and will be cherished forever.
