Wayne was my 1st grade teacher, and gave me my first spanking. I used to stop at Don & Ruby's every morning and Wayne would show me, brush your hair 100 strokes, brush your teeth 100 strokes, then he would put me on his shoulders and carry me to the schoolhouse. To the family, Wayne always brought a smile to my face espcially when we worked together at the race track and he always gave his famous words of wisdom which were always..."it's not our place to question why, just to merely do it or die" Now keep in mind he usually quoted this when it was a very busy night at the race track while he sat and enjoyed a box of popcorn.
