Willetta Reser (Bolivar)'s Obituary
B. Willetta Reser, 99 of Bolivar, MO passed away Friday, May 24, 2019 at Park View Health Care Facility in Bolivar, MO.
Bertha Willetta (Emory) Reser, 8th of 9 children born to James Harmon Emory and Nancy Katherine (Payne) Emory was born in Goodson, MO May 2, 1920 and passed away May 24, 2019. She and her beloved husband of 73 years, Carl, resided in California, Wyoming and Missouri through the years, returning to Missouri in 1966 where they spent many happy years with friends and family.
Carl and Willetta worked hard at farming and various construction jobs. Willetta obtained her beauty license in 1950 and eventually owned her own shop in Urbana from 1951 to 1957. She owned a salon in Santa Paula, California for 9 years before returning to Nemo, MO in 1966 to continue her beauty practice.
Carl and Willetta were members of various churches through the years as they faithfully served the Lord.
She is survived by her three children, David, Donald and Yvonne as well as the following grandchildren: Sheri, Lori, Alexis, Caitlin, Curtis and Daniel. Her great grandchildren include: Max, Sydney, Alexandra, Lauren, Nicole, Brandon and Kyndall. She has one great great grandchild, Logan.
Visitation for Willetta will be Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 1:00 to 2:00, with services to follow at Butler Funeral Home, Bolivar, Missouri.
Burial will be at Payne Cemetery, Polk, Missouri.
