Vill was a great guy. He was my first boss at the old Hockers station in Lebanon. He talked to me about the Navy and was a large reason I went into the Navy. Bill would give you the shirt off his back if he knew you needed it. He was a go ok d man and I was honored to have known him. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
Bill I will miss you, you were always someone I looked up to. R.I.P. my fellow Sailor. Full speed ahead and happiness and Joy in your new liberty port that we call heaven.
