William "Billy" Couch (Lebanon)'s Obituary
William “Billy” Lee Couch, son of Jessie D. and Terry L. Nash Couch, was born June 17, 1973, in Joliet, Illinois. He departed this life Wednesday, October 5, 2022, in his home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of forty-nine years, three months, and eighteen days.
On October 24, 2020, he was united in marriage to June Scholefield, and they shared the last two years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a cousin, Jessie Couch.
Billy is survived by his wife, June, of Forsyth, Missouri; a daughter, Nicole Lopez, of Mexico, Missouri; a son, William Tyler Couch, and his wife, Katie, of Springfield, Missouri; a sister, Angel Couch, of Lebanon, Missouri; two uncles, Danny Joe Couch, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Johnny “J.C.” Couch, of Lebanon, Missouri; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Trinidad Scholefield, of Forsyth, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was raised in Missouri, and then moved with his family to Lebanon when he was in Junior High School. He continued to make his home in Lebanon for most of his life. Through the years, he worked in construction and was also a street pharmacist.
In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, playing on his Play Station, and driving fast cars and fast motorcycles. He liked sitting on his back porch with his two dogs, “Lucy” and “Waldo” and relaxing.
Billy was a loving husband, father, brother, nephew, and son-in-law, and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that his family and friends will hold tight to the special memories he made with them during his lifetime.
