William D., III Miller's Obituary
William Dorsey Miller, III, son of William D. Miller, Jr. and Dianne L. Bonney Miller, was born September 16, 1983, in El Centro, California. He departed this life Tuesday, February 6, 2007, in St. John’s Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of twenty-three years, four months, and twenty days. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Dorsey Miller, Sr.; and his maternal grandparents, William Clifford and Dorothy Bonney. William is survived by his parents, William and Dianne Miller, of Lebanon, Missouri; two brothers, Donald Lee Vecchione, of the State of California, and Anthony Robert Vecchione, of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister, Roberta Lynne Valenzuela, of Lebanon, Missouri; his paternal grandmother, Edith Miller, of the State of Washington; a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was born in California and was raised in Everett, Washington. In 2000, the family moved to the Lebanon, Missouri area. William enjoyed watching and listening to Shepherd’s Chapel on television. He loved computer and video games, and could always make everyone around him smile. He enjoyed spending time with his family and visiting with people that came to the house. William was a loving son, brother, grandson, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 10, 2007, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Lebanon. Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Services are under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri. Memorials to Special Olympics may be made through the funeral home.
