William E Fenton (Lebanon)'s Obituary
William Eugene Fenton, 66, of Lebanon, died Friday morning, Feb. 13, 2015, at his home near Lebanon.
He was born on Sept. 17, 1948, in Denver, Colo. to William Fowler and Ruby Irene Barnes Fenton, and was preceded in death by his father.
On Dec. 15, 1973, he married Pamela Mae Chenoweth in Grand Junction, Colo.
He was raised in Denver, Colo., and then moved with his family to Houston, Mo. when he was 13. He graduated from Houston High School, and then joined the United States Navy. He served on the USS Intrepid during the Vietnam War. He then made his home in Grand Junction, Colo., and began working as a truck driver with Teamsters Union No. 541. In 1982, he and Pamela moved to Missouri and eventually made their home near Bennett Spring.
William was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Lebanon, where he was a ministerial servant.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela, of the home; a daughter, Rebbecca Fenton, of Columbia; three sons, James Fenton and his wife, Gina, of Austin, Texas; David Fenton and his wife, Jenni, of Round Rock, Texas, and John Fenton and his wife, Misty, of Springfield; three grandchildren, Sophia, Semion, and Silas; his mother, Ruby Harsh, of Round Rock, Texas; a brother, Steve Fenton, of the state of Alaska; a sister, Kay Lynn Kuemple, of Round Rock, Texas, also several nieces and nephews.
