Her parents; the father of her children, Larry Joe Coday; husband, Clyde Long; a grandson, Rickey McCanless; a brother-in-law, Ancil Lemons; and her dog, Babe, preceded Wilma in death.

Wilma was born in Grovespring and was a graduate of Hartville High School in the Class of 1959. She was a lifelong resident of Hartville and had worked at MFA in Grovespring and H.D. Lee in Hartville until her health forced her to retire.
She was baptized at an early age and was a member of Mt. Zion (Cuba) Freewill Baptist Church. She attended Elk Creek and Mt. Zion Southern Baptist Church southeast of Hartville.
Wilma was a member of the Hartville Garden Club for many years and sold Avon products for a while.
In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, crocheting, spending time with her family, and was especially fond of her grandchildren. She also loved cooking, canning, and reading her bible and other books.
Wilma was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories she has created for her family and many dear friends.
