Wilma Jean Lower (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Wilma Jean Lower, 76, Fair Play, passed away Monday, Nov. 2. A long-time resident of Polk County, she worked 39 years for University of Missouri Extension Service.
She was born July 29, 1939, to Henry and Grace Carr.
She is survived by her husband, Fred, and her sister, Wanda Jo Bumgarner, in addition to many loving family members and friends.
