Wilma Page's Obituary
Wilma Earnestine Page, daughter of Will and Stella Freeman Wise, was born February 5, 1919, in Caldwell, Kansas. She departed this life Thursday, October 22, 2009, in Windsor Estates, Camdenton, Missouri, at the age of ninety years, eight months and seventeen days. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Page; her parents; two sisters, Louise Hill and Lola Woodall; two brothers, Willard and Everett Wise; and her daughter-in-law, Darlene Trollope. Survivors include her son, Bill Trollope of Roach, Missouri; two grandchildren, Cindy Trollope and Billy D. Trollope of Camdenton, Missouri; and a great-grandson Colin Trollope of Camdenton, Missouri as well has a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Wilma was born in Kansas and attended school in Milan, Kansas. After finishing school, Wilma took care of friends and other elderly individuals for a short time. She later went to work for Boeing Aircraft Company during the end of World War II. She later moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where she worked at the Betty Rose Coat Company as a seamstress, retiring after several years of service. She had made her profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Blue Springs. In her spare time she enjoyed going to and watching country music shows. Most of all, she enjoyed time spent with her family and friends. Wilma was loved by many and was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday October 24, 2009 at the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Homein Camdenton. Burial will be in the Blue Springs Cemetery in Blue Springs, Missouri under the direction of the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home Camdenton, Missouri. Return to top
