Xander Christopher Beal, son of Eric C. and Courtney Rogers Beal, was born March 3, 2013, in Osage Beach, Missouri. He departed this life Sunday, May 5, 2019, in Mercy Hospital, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of six years, two months, and two days.
Xander is survived by his parents, Eric and Courtney Beal; two brothers, Zane and Xavier Beal, of the home; a sister, Zoey Beal, of the home; his maternal grandparents, Mark and Theresa Rogers, of Mansfield, Texas; his paternal grandparents, Chris and Julie Beal, of Springfield, Missouri; his maternal great-grandmother, Collette Rogers, of Peoria, Illinois; his paternal great-grandmother, Velta Melrose, of Springfield, Missouri; four uncles, Chad, Casey, and Joshua Beal, and Chris Rogers; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was raised in the Lebanon area and was in his kindergarten year at Tri-County Christian School. He had an incredible attention span, and had to know the workings of everything, from immunizations to how radio waves function.
Xander attended Second Baptist Church with his family and didn’t understand how anyone could not believe in God.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing soccer and baseball. He was a curious little guy that liked spending time with his brothers and sister.
Xander was a loving son, brother, grandson, great-grandson, nephew, and was establishing many good friendships. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
A memorial has been established to the funeral home.
