This young lady was the step-daughter of my oldest brother, William James (Jack) Robinson, who married Barbara's mother, Delores, and they had one son, William Raymond (Billy Ray) Robinson. The William comes from my grandfather and the Raymond from my dad, John Raymond Robinson. My parents opened up their arms and welcomed Barbara to live with us when she was in the 7th grade. We were the same age and in the same grade at La Pryor, Tx schools. She was given the nickname "Sunshine" in the 7th grade by a fellow classmate because she was always smiling despite a bumpy childhood experience. She came back to live with my family her junior year in high school. After that I hardly had any contact with her but occasionally kept track of her through her step-brother Billy Ray.
I am sorry for your loss and when Billy Ray notified me it brought back memories
