I absolutely loved my cousin so much and he always made me feel so welcome each time I was at their house. He was so funny and you were never bored when you were with him!! I’m so happy knowing I will see him again one day soon and knowing my husband Joe is finally getting to meet him in heaven right now and loving him as much as I do. I’ll miss you always Billy.
