She was my very first piano teacher -- when she lived in a white house below the old gym in Cabool. I was also in her 4th grade class the year she got married and became Franklin. She had a contest for us to guess what her new last name was going to be and her hint she gave us was " Mrs Ben?" She was sweet <3
Carol was a mentor in my early teaching career and continued as a beloved friend over the years. She will be missed. Nancy Doty

Mrs. Franklin as my 4th grade teacher in Cabool. She was very close to my heart as a child and that love continued on to my adult life. She used to tell me that she was the reason my penmanship was so good. To this day everything I write in cursive I think of her. She was so sweet and caring devoting her life to teaching children. Sending love and prayers to the family as we shall see her again. -Tammy (Reed) Mabe
Carol will be missed greatly. I enjoyed her company and her wonderful smiles. She not only was my client but she was my friend. Her love was genuine and her heart was always caring. I will truly miss you my friend. May your everlasting life be filled with peace and tranquility. "Peek a boo " Charlie....

I remember her as the elementary counselor. She was always there to listen if you needed to talk with someone.
So sorry to hear of your loss. Dr. Franklin was a sweet and knowledgeable lady.
