So sorry to hear about Franks passing. Have been wondering where he went after leaving our apartments. We had the pleasure to rent to him and Carol for many yrs. Frank was extremely talented in many areas. He even made the local newspaper here one Sunday. The article touched on his life story and highlighted his many carpentry projects. He was an excellent carpenter. He made some awesome items. Even a trailer that he pulled behind his wheelchair, it was incredible! I'm just sorry I didn't connect with him after his move. Rest easy now with Carol.

Kathleen Melcher Foskett He was a real sweetheart at school. I remember when he first walked into our class in fifth grade at Peifer Elementary School in Schererville, Indiana ... of course all eyes went to him and stayed there. It wasn't long before we all liked being around him and hear his jokes. In no time he was one of us. He was adorable! Never a complaint, or self pity, and never asked for help in doing anything. He was a real sweet guy ... I'm sure his family and friends will miss him very much. Rest in Peace, Frank. xx
