Freda May (Ipock) Philpott, 89, of Seymour, Missouri, died April 7, 2014, in Glenwood Healthcare in Seymour. Freda earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University and her Master’s degree from Drury C Read Obituary
Please do accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and my 1950 college roommate and dear friend, Freda. She was indeed a jewel and our visits with her at Glenwood brought back many wonderful memories. She wrote me several letters during the past few years and we enjoyed each other through our correspondence. May you receive the peace and comfort that only He can give. Freda was an amazing women and I had the privilege to have known her. She was just smart and a better memory than I did. She always looked beautiful and always had a smile on her face. I will miss her very much.
