Freda May Philpott (Seymour)'s Obituary
Freda May (Ipock) Philpott, 89, of Seymour, Missouri, died April 7, 2014, in Glenwood Healthcare in Seymour. Freda earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University and her Master’s degree from Drury College. She taught in the Missouri school system for 32 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Janelle Burks and husband Dan LeBarron, of Shaftsburg, Vermont; granddaughter, Heather Nelson and husband Jeff, of Oak Park, Illinois; grandson, Greg Burks of Redlands, California; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; sister, Jauleta Ward of Springfield, Missouri; and brother, Frank Ipock and wife Betty Lou, of Seymour, Missouri. Her brother, Wayne Ipock, preceded her in death.
