Garry was a heck of a fisherman, a genuine good old-soul. Garry was also a very special man who stepped into the life of a precious, fatherless little boy, Spencer, and Garry filled a huge empty space in the big heart of that little boy....he showed Spencer the love of a real Dad with steadfast love, unending affection, life teachings, and pure devoted to the end. And Garry was a very special Papa to Marshall and Malakhi...they loved him so much. I have to say that always thought of Garry as a very strong-willed man who fought incredibly hard and kept right on going....he tackled serious health issues time & time again and still carried on with life and fishing like a champion...he handled hard times that would make most people just give up and crumbled to pieces! Garry always said that God knew when his time to go to Heaven would be and that nothing would take him until God was ready for him....and now that time has come and God has called home a wonderful man to rest in Heaven, to be in pain no more, and to sing with the Angels. RIP dear friend....see you in Heaven when God decides it's my time to get my wings, too. May God bless Tammy and all of Garry's loved ones in their time of lose.
