Gene was a good friend to us. He was always glad to see us, and we enjoyed his humor and great smile. We enjoyed his crafts over the years. Phil proudly displays his Hall House sign.
Our sympathies to Marianne, Mark, Michael, and Melissa. Also Krista. He left a strong heritage with a good sense of family and a strong work ethic. He would tell you to follow the Lord, and he’ll see you soon.

Gene was a wonderful neighbor, friend, and retired coworker at FLW PX. He had such a great humor, didn't know any strangers, and always had a joke or a word of encouragement. As a neighbor I will miss him watching over my place and letting me know when strangers wandered unto my property. Gene made no secret of his faith in our Heavenly Father. He helped out wherever and whenever he could.

I am so sorry to hear about this, my heart goes out to you Marianne. Gene was a wonderful person always with a smile on his face and was happy go lucky. I enjoyed working with him for many years, he always came and helped me and visited with me at baskin. He will truly be missed.

I was lucky enough to have gotten to work with Gene and Marianne before they both fully retired. Every day when I came in he would smile at me real big and always had something silly to say. One day I was outside smoking a cigarette and he told me “careful smoking cuz if you do all your babies will be born naked.” I laughed so hard I couldn’t breath. Praying for Marianne and the family during this trying time.
