Herbie was in my class at Stoutland. He was quiet but he also had a mischievous side. He worked at Copeland with Steve and called Steve "Papa Smurf". He even found a stuffed Papa Smurf toy and gave it to Steve to be ornery. He will certainly be missed.
I had Herbert in class when I taught at Stoutland and he was such a quiet, shy person. We are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.
