14 years ago I received a surprise birthday card in the mail. It was from John, we had been engaged many years ago and he wanted to wish me Happy 50th birthday. I was surprised he had remembered after all these years. He joined the Air Force while we were engaged and were very young. It was a surprise when I saw he had died, god bless him.
