Kevin Dwayne Clark, son of Kenneth and Lois Blair Clark, was born July 4, 1959, in Lebanon, Missouri. He departed this life Monday, October 29, 2012, in his home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-three years, three months, and twenty-five days.
On June 27, 1981, he was united in marriage to Ellen L. Nichols, and to this union three daughters and three sons were born.
He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Randy Clark.
Kevin is survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Ellen, of the home; three daughters, Brandi Clark, Lacee Clark, both of Lebanon, Missouri, and Tabatha Clark, of Branson, Missouri; three sons, Kevin Clark II, and his wife, Aaron Marie, Skylar Clark, and Samuel Clark, all of Lebanon, Missouri; four grandchildren, Nataleigh, Lilly, Lane, and Kaylee; his parents, Kenneth and Lois Clark, of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister, Randa Vance, and her husband, David, of Lebanon, Missouri; a niece, Hannah; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in Lebanon, and graduated from Lebanon High School, where he was very active in the band program. After he and Ellen were married, they made their home in Lebanon and lovingly raised their children. Kevin worked as a school bus driver for the Lebanon R-III School System from 1981 until 1999, and then for Laclede Industries. Later, he delivered newspapers for several area publications.
Kevin followed the Pentecostal faith through his life, and was a member of Oasis Worship Center in Lebanon for the last few years. He was a very spiritual man who was always willing to give Godly wisdom.
He enjoyed raising a garden each year and liked music. He always saw the good in others and was willing to help those in need. He loved his family dearly and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Kevin was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
