Please accept my condolences on your loss. I was in the percussion section of Marching Mizzou with Larry in 1965, the year we followed the football team to the 1966 Sugar
Bowl. As the senior of the two bass drummers, he had possession of the metronome on the field. 2-3 times that semester I remember Larry taking the metronome out of his mouth (it looked similar to the stopwatches of the day) and carefully spitting out the shards of the glass crystal which had broken when he had inadvertently bitten down on it.
Larry was Director Charles Emmons' band "quarterback", making sure the music was played to the correct tempo and that the band got off the field in the time allotted. He took this job seriously but it was obvious he enjoyed his part in making our band function well.
Sharon,
Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers, during this difficult time. Jenny and I enjoyed working the registration desk with you and Larry along with Tim at the many ERICSA conferences and that smile of Larry's will always be remembered!

Dear Sharon, My heart is with you and so are my prayers! You and Larry were so instrumental in helping me to create a loving care plan for my father and it made all the difference as he prepared to go to Heaven. I pray that my Dad will shake Larry’s hand in deep appreciation & let him know that “all is well”. The kindness and love that you and Larry showed me (once a stranger at ERICSA) is a legacy that I try to pay forward every day! May the Lord bless and comfort you and offer you understanding and a resolved purpose as you grieve and reflect. In Christ, with love, Sharon Pizzuti

I am so sorry to hear this news. Remembering you both at ERICSA with your big smiles and welcoming greeting
Sharon, I was so sorry to hear of Larry's passing. I will always remember his cheerful demeanor and hilarious comments at all the conferences he worked with Tim. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed working with and hanging out with Larry. He was a fantastic person and will be sorely missed.

Sharon - I am so sorry to hear of Larry's passing. Please know that my prayers and thoughts are with you at this difficult time. I know that no words can truly comfort you, but please know that I will always have the greatest memories of being with both of you at the ERICSA Meetings. I bet Larry is up there now 'doing the work of the Board'.
Again, my heartfelt sympathy.
