Our sincerest sorrow for the loss of a very special man. He has meant so much to us throughout the years of knowing him. He had a talent for being able to fix anything we could tear up and we are grateful to him for that. We will always remember him and our prayers go up for this family. IN HIS LOVE, Rod and Shelly Knapp and kids
Dear Family and Friends of Lloyd Berry:
Please accept our family’s sincere sorrow on the loss of your loved one.
When a loved one is lost in death we sometime wonder will war and suffering ever end. When our loved one served in the military we may ask will war ever end. These questions arise as war continues to claim untold numbers of human lives. All of us have been touched by human suffering.
The Bible teaches that God foretells a time when he will establish peace earth wide. Under his Kingdom, a heavenly government, people will not “learn war anymore.” Instead, they will “beat their swords into plowshares.” (Isaiah 2:4) God will bring an end to all injustice and suffering. The Bible promises: “[God will wipe every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things [including today’s injustices and sufferings] have passed away.”-Revelation 21:3, 4. Additional scriptures that support these promises include Psalm 37:10, 11; 46:9; and Micah 4:1-4. Again please accept our condolences on the loss of your loved one.
Sincerely,
The Warner Family
To Ruth and family, we express our sympathy for your loss but we rejoice knowing Lloyd is there with our Lord singing and praising HIM. We pray for God's loving hand to comfort
you in the hard times of missing Lloyd but in time we pray that only the good memories will replace the sad times now, Jim and Sharon Teter
Oh I am SO sad to hear the news. Lloyd worked with my dad (Jim Clark) for many years and I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Lloyd myself a few years. I have SO many fond memories of Lloyd. He always had a quirky joke or one-liner, like "Fine as a frog hair." All these years later, and I still can't see a Moon Pie without thinking of Lloyd. Between working together in construction and the years of dune buggy racing and mechanics work and all the times we'd "just stop by Lloyd's for a minute" on the way home.... I've got a gazillion fond memories of Lloyd. He always had a kind demeanor towards me as a kid (now that I have kids of my own I appreciate that even more). As an 18-year-old girl in construction (many many years ago), he was fun to work with, taught me carpentry tips, and never had a chauvanistic attitude toward me. My heart is sad for the loss. May the many, many fond memories give you comfort.......
