We grew up more as sisters then cousins. She was always full of life and knew how to have fun. Even though the years and miles kept us apart with our busy lives we always picked up where we left off. My heart breaks for each of us left behind while she soars to be with our savior Jesus Christ. R.I.P. beautiful lady you will truly be missed but forever loved
Your light will shine forever!!! Such a beautiful woman, outside and to your core. You will be missed…so sorry to all of the family and friends of this special soul!!!

If there's any one that good put a smile on your face it was her, full of laughter and joy, she will be greatly missed,, love you all

Denise was an amazing friend to me! We spent a lot of time together in the latter 70's and very early 80's until jobs and growing family needs summoned more of our time. We met at Lee Jeans, and it took two people to run our machine. They paired me with the perfect partner and we quickly became close friends. She was the best, and one of my overall, favorite people in the world...ever!
Denise was a kind, caring, very loyal friend who would fight anyone if they wronged you; she always had my back. I know she touched the lives of everyone she met, and was a wonderful mom to her children; and loved them with everything she had. Mama Bear she was! She was different than anyone else I had ever met, and that's what made her so special. Her stories were always so interesting and no one was funnier to be around than Denise Scott. I miss you, dear friend.
I love you to this day, Denise. Thank you for causing my life to be better by having known you.
So sorry Betty and John for the loss of your sister. She was a beautiful lady she will be missed sending prayers to the family.
