I got the pleasure of spending time with Perry through work and at a lot of our out of town meetings . He loved talking to me about his family, you could tell by what he said and his comments that he loved his family very much . One of the last conversations I had with Perry , I was in the hospital getting a heart monitor hooked up and he told me that he would pray for me that everything would be ok . The thing about Perry was I know that he meant it and that he cared . We would be at meetings and some was quite boring and I loved sending him a funny text and watch him shake his head and laugh . I really enjoyed spending time with him . Things won't be the same for me at the meetings, not getting to see my friend and being able to give him a hard time and I will greatly miss him . I Know without a shadow of doubt that he is in the presence of our Lord and Savior .
