We stopped in to the Mansfield Church on on way home and met Rev. Paul as he was speaking that day while the current pastor was away. His message was loving, direct and to the point. We see a lot of his influence in our Pastor who was raised under his preaching watch. According to Pastor Phil Rhoades of Garnett Nazarene he has four spiritual sons preaching the solid. uncompromising Living Word. What a legacy!!!
My most treasured memory of Paul Buchanan will always be the way he could pray! He was truly a friend of God and when he prayed he was really communing with our heavenly Father. Blessings come in having known this man of God!
Brother Terry, You have our sincere sympathy. However, we know your father is very happy walking those streets of gold with no pain, no sorrow and reunited with his loved ones. God bless you and Ernie.
Brother Paul and Eva Mae were so important in my mother's and my life. The night Momma died, I called Brother Paul at 2 am. He answered on the first ring and said "come on out, we've been waiting for your call". They comforted me for hours, but that was how they usually were....door open, arms ready. I can't imagine the crowd at the gates of heaven when Bro. Paul walked through. Love to the family.

Bro. Terry, Ernie & Family,
We are thinking of you at this time. You are in our prayers. Bro. Paul was a very special person to us. We will always remember the times he filled in for us at Countryside Church of the Nazarene and also at the old church. We will cherish his book now more than ever, so glad he signed it.
Sorry we can't make it to the service, but know that we are with you all in thought and prayers. Even though we KNOW that he is with the Lord, he will still be greatly missed by alot of people. Take care and we'll be in touch soon.
In Christian love,
