We are going to miss roy carroll he was a funny man a loving friend would help any one out if u where stranded or needed help.
I would like to share an encouraging scripture from John 5:28. It is Jesus promise of resurrection of our loved ones. I hope this brings you comfort at this difficult time.
Uncle Roy taught me how to bait a hook and to fish. He was so very special to me. Even when he wasn't feeling well he would always make me laugh and smile. He would say "I am to ornery to leave so i gotta stay or who would aggravate you kids?" I will miss you so very much Uncle and i love you so much but i know you are now whole and free of pain.
My Uncle was such a strong man. He always had a smile on his face, and something aunery to say or do to you. I remember going camping at the cave, if he wasn't running his limb lines, he would be pacing back and forth on the cave floor, drinking pot after pot of coffee. I always looked up to him, he had a heart as big as this world, he would've done anything for anybody, even if he didn't know them.
He is the one that taught me to clean fish, we would sit in the back of his truck bed and clean away at the fish.! He was an angel on earth, i guess God needed him for his angels in heaven.
The rejoicing that he and my momma, daddy, aunt shirley, uncle troy, grandma and grandpa are having right now. Amazing!!!
I love you Uncle Roy, forever.......You are truly gonna be missed.!
