Considering how long-ago Roy's passing was, I don't know if any family members will see this. Regardless, as I was sorting through memorabilia, I found Roy's return address from an envelope from approx 60 years ago. I decided to use the info on the internet to see if I could locate him. To put this in perspective, I am 70 years old. Roy stayed in Chamberlain, SD one summer and he, I and another friend of mine became close friends with him. I believe we were between the 5th and 6th grade that summer. The 3 of us enjoyed that summer palling around. We had a great time together. I have thought of him off and on throughout the years. I am saddened to learn of his passing. May God bless him as he rests in peace.
