Theodore “Ted” Carl Oetting passed away October 15, 2010 at home on the farm where he was born on February 24, 1913. He was the youngest child of Frederick and Friedericka Ingwersen Oetting. He was married to Elsie Unterkircher a Read Obituary
Grandpa I will miss you so much. Thank you for all the memories on the farm when we visited in the summer.
I came into Grandpa Ted's life after he married my grandma Mary Ward. I will cherish every memory I made with him and his sister Dora and the many night talks we had at the farm. Ted welcomed us all into his life and family and I will always love you grandpa. He also had a step daughter Mary Kay Ward Knouse that passed in 1983. Grandpa you will be greatly missed by all your grandchildren young and old.
Sorry to hear about the passing of Grandpa Ted. He was a wonderful man to came into my life when he married my grandma. He was so full of life, great sense of humor and a very caring man. I loved the times we spent on the farm with him and his sister Dora. Those are memories that I will always charish.
My family and I just wanted everyone to know that Ted has 6 grandchildren, 10 great children and 12 great-great gradnchildren. We were lucky to have Ted in our lives.
Ted married my grandmother and he became my grandfather on that day. He was very caring, genine man with great faith in the Lord. I have many special memories of time spent with him. I am going to miss him.
